Healthcare Company Gifts – Twisted Decanter Set with 2 Glasses, 2 Whiskey Balls & Wooden Box

Customer Q&A

• Can I personalize both the decanter and the glasses?
Yes, the Frolk set allows you to have laser engraving on both the decanter and the glasses according to your selected design.
• Will the engraving wear off over time?
No, we use high-precision laser engraving that physically etches the glass surface. It is permanent and will never fade or peel.
• Can I upload my own logo for engraving?
Yes, please contact our support team before ordering so we can verify if your logo meets the technical requirements for laser etching.
• How long does the engraving process take?
Typically, personalization takes 1 to 3 business days before the order is ready for shipping.
• Do you send a mockup for approval?
Yes, if you choose a custom design, our designer will email you a digital mockup for confirmation before we begin production.
• What kind of glass is the set made of?
The entire set is crafted from high-quality, lead-free crystal, ensuring perfect clarity and safety.
• What is the capacity of the Twisted Decanter?
The decanter has a capacity of 750ml (25oz), which is perfect for a standard bottle of whiskey or bourbon.
• Are the glasses heavy or lightweight?
The glasses feature a weighted base and a substantial feel, typical of premium professional whiskey glassware.
• What is the benefit of the 'Twisted' shape?
Beyond aesthetics, the twisted shape provides an ergonomic grip and allows light to refract beautifully through the spirit.
• Is gift packaging included?
Yes, the set comes in a luxury, handcrafted wooden box that is ready for gifting right out of the shipping carton. The presentation is suitable for a career milestone, retirement, or personal thank-you.
• What are the chilling balls made of?
The balls are made of food-grade 304 stainless steel, which is rust-proof and won't react with your drink.
• Why are chilling balls better than ice?
They chill your whiskey without diluting it with water, preserving the full flavor profile and strength of the spirit.
• How long should I freeze the balls before use?
For maximum effect, we recommend keeping the chilling balls in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
• How many balls should I put in one glass?
Usually, 1-2 balls are enough to bring the drink to the optimal 'cellar' temperature.
• Are the steel balls safe for crystal glasses?
Yes, the balls are polished to a mirror finish, and the set includes rubber-tipped tongs to place them gently into the glass.
• Is the decanter dishwasher safe?
We recommend hand washing for the decanter to preserve the brilliance of the crystal and the sharp detail of the engraving.
• How do I clean the inside of the decanter?
We recommend using warm water with mild soap. You can also use stainless steel cleaning beads for hard-to-reach areas.
• Is the decanter stopper airtight?
Yes, the stopper is precision-ground to provide a tight fit, preventing evaporation and oxidation of your alcohol.
• Is this set suitable for drinks other than whiskey?
Absolutely. It works perfectly for cognac, bourbon, rum, scotch, or even premium tequila.
