Each FROLK product is crafted by trusted partners who specialize in premium glassware, wooden packaging, and stainless-steel accessories. All engraving is done in-house by our team using precision laser equipment for the highest quality finish.
2. How does the personalization process work?
After choosing your design and entering engraving details, our design team reviews your order, prepares the layout, and engraves your item using laser engraving for a crisp, permanent result that will never fade.
3. Can I change my engraving after placing an order?
If production hasn’t started, we can usually make small changes. Please contact support@frolk.com within 12 hours and include your order number.
4. What materials are used in FROLK products?
Our decanters and glasses are made from lead-free crystal for brilliance and safety. Wooden gift boxes are solid wood, and chillers are made from FDA-approved 304 stainless steel.
5. How long does delivery take?
Production usually takes 2–3 business days. Standard U.S. shipping: 4–7 days. Express options are available at checkout. International delivery varies by location.
6. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping rates and times are shown during checkout.
7. Are the engraved designs dishwasher-safe?
Yes, engravings are permanent and won’t fade or peel. However, we recommend hand washing to maintain the crystal’s shine and longevity.
8. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
We carefully inspect and pack every order, but if anything arrives damaged, please contact support@frolk.com within 48 hours with a photo for a quick replacement or refund.
9. Can I order corporate or bulk gifts?
