1. Where are FROLK products made?

Every FROLK product is crafted by trusted partners who specialize in premium glassware, wooden packaging, and stainless-steel accessories. Each engraving is done by our team using professional laser equipment to ensure precision and consistency.

2. How does the personalization process work?

After you choose a design and enter your engraving details, our team reviews your order and prepares it for production. We use laser engraving for a crisp, permanent finish that will never fade or wash off.

3. Can I change my engraving after placing an order?

If your order hasn’t entered engraving yet, we can usually make small changes. Please contact us within 12 hours of ordering at support@frolk.com and include your order number.

4. What materials are used in FROLK products?

Our decanters and glasses are made from lead-free crystal glass — safe, durable, and brilliant in clarity. Gift boxes are made from solid wood, and chillers from FDA-tested 304 stainless steel.

5. How long does delivery take?

Production typically takes 2–3 business days. Standard U.S. shipping takes 4–7 business days, while express options are available at checkout. International delivery times may vary by location.

6. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We offer international shipping to most countries. You can see estimated delivery times and costs during checkout.

7. Are the engraved designs dishwasher-safe?

Yes — all engravings are permanent and will not fade or peel. However, we recommend hand washing to preserve the crystal’s shine and longevity.

8. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

We carefully pack every order, but if your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with a photo. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.

9. Can I order corporate or bulk gifts?

Absolutely! FROLK offers custom corporate gifting with logo engraving and branded packaging. For large orders, contact sales@frolk.com for a personalized quote.
